Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are considered under the following conditions:

• Pre-Project Initiation: A full refund is available if the request is made within 5-7 days after payment and before any project work has commenced.
• Incomplete Project Delivery: If the project is canceled by Ecologic Business Tech due to unforeseen circumstances, a proportionate refund will be issued based on the completed milestones.
• Non-Adherence to Agreed Deliverables: Refunds may be considered if the delivered work significantly deviates from the agreed-upon deliverables and attempts to rectify the issue fail.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not applicable under the following conditions:

• Once the project has been completed and delivered as per the agreed scope.
• If delays or issues arise due to the client's failure to provide necessary inputs, feedback, or approvals.
• For services rendered on an hourly basis or for already approved milestones.
• For any dissatisfaction arising from subjective preferences, such as design aesthetics, after final approval.

Refund Process

Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected] within 5-7 days of payment or the issue arising.

Our team will review the request and respond within 7 business days to confirm eligibility. If approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days using the original payment method.
